We raise our saplings from premium stock. Our trees are between 1 and 4 inches tall and offered in batches of 20–400. All our saplings are frost hardy unless otherwise stated. We never ship our saplings bare root; plants are sent in the growing media they grew up in and should be separated when you receive them. More tree species and exotics will be available soon.

Our premises move is complete, as a result, there’s limited stock this winter / spring. The spring 2024 Germination season promises to be spectacular with several hundred new pine and spruce species available.

We will be starting a large selection of Agaves too along with various yucca trees.

I’m currently making a list of next years germination schedule which ill post here shortly.

Who are we?

Based in Aldham, Barnsley, South Yorkshire, we are specialist evergreen seed suppliers and growers of spruce, pine and Cypress trees from seed.

We offer many types of pine, spruce and Cypress at the seedling stage for growers and farmers to bring on themselves. This is a more cost-effective method of increasing your tree stocks than purchasing larger saplings.

We never send trees bare root, the problems with bare root trees are all too common. Most of the healthy roots are left behind when a tree is lifted, causing severe establishment issues for young saplings. Bare root saplings can take 3–5 years to recover to a root state prior to being uprooted. Water uptake is poor and the tree needs to expend energy growing back a missing and damaged root system. All of our trees are sent in the undisturbed nursery containers they grew up in.
